This is a spacious two bedroom apartment featuring queen beds in both bedrooms and furnished to a high standard. From every room there are panoramic views across the city over suburbs like Richmond and Toorak. There is built-in air conditioning and heating in all rooms which is unusual to find in this building.
Relax on the large partly enclosed balcony to enjoy the views of the city skyline. The balcony features lighting for use at night as well as an outdoor heater.
The well-equipped kitchen has a drawer-style dishwasher, electric oven and mixed gas/electric stove top, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, blender, microwave and all plates/glasses/cutlery etc needed for cooking during your stay. The apartment also has a separate washing machine and dryer in the laundry area.
There is fast, free and unlimited internet access in the apartment for guest use. The TVs in the living room and both bedrooms are smart TVs with access to streaming services subject to logging in with your own account.
The bathroom features a twin head rainfall shower to help you unwind and one bath towel is provided for each guest. Both beds come with four pillows, fitted and flat sheets plus an all-season doona/quilt. A blanket is available also in both bedrooms.
One allocated parking space is available for guest use in the secure underground car park. Please note there is a strict height limit of 2m for car park access.
You have access to the whole apartment for your stay and no internal space is shared.

All the apartments we manage come with a detailed welcome letter highlighting everything you need to know about inside the apartment and building. Instruction manuals are also available so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay.
There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket, restaurants and bars and transport options.
All bedding and towels are included for four people along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
Prior to arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they’ll look after the apartment.
