Located on East Crescent Street in McMahons Point this modern garden studio provides comfortable, stylish accommodation for up to 4 people for anyone wanting an affordable, modern base for exploring Sydney that has easy access to public transport, local restaurants and stunning views. The main bed is available as a king or two singles plus a double sofabed.


The space


Built within the last ten years, this well set up studio comes with a king bed that can also be split into two singles along with a double sofa bed. There is heating/cooling fully fitted air conditioning, free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need should you wish to cook during your stay.

A large smart internet-connected Tv, dvd player and Bluetooth stereo are in the living area for your entertainment.

There is no allocated parking with this studio however there is on-street parking in the area. Street parking is restricted to two hours at a time before having to move your car between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We generally recommend guests do not come with cars. Guests who must have use of a car have found some parking spaces available to rent in the area on short term parking rentals websites.

Guest access


The studio is for your exclusive use and there is also a private garden area with seating outside for you to use. The McMahons Point ferry wharf is less than five minutes walk away and will take you straight to Circular Quay where you can access other ferries for locations such as Darling Harbour, Manly and Taronga Zoo as well as the train network for access to the further reaches of the city.

Other things to note


Please note there are a small number of flights of stairs up to 6 stairs each up to the front door of this apartment from street level. They are very manageable but please do not book this property if you plan to come with luggage you are not able to carry up some stairs. We try to help where we can but it is not always possible for us to do so.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

We try to meet all guests on arrival in person so a time will be arranged in advance of your arrival which will also be confirmed in the day once you know your plans. On arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they’ll look after the apartment.

Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.

If your stay is to include the nights of Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve a 5 night minimum stay is required. A cleaning and laundry charge of $100 is payable by all guests and will be added to the price of your booking. This charge is based on 2 guests sharing the main bed. If bedding for the sofa bed is required please select this an an addition ($20) when completing your booking. All bedding and towels are provided for guests. A refundable security deposit of $150 is also payable as part of your booking but will be refunded within 7 days of departure providing there has been no damage and the property has been left in good condition.
