All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 7 people along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. After this, your needs can be met at the local supermarket.

All bookings are assumed to be seven people sharing beds only. The sofas must not be used as a bed please.

Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. We know guests are just as keen as we are to get 5 star reviews so we share information about how to make sure that happens but don't worry, there isn't a long chore list like some places. It's just some basic common sense things that we're sure you'll have done at other properties.

Mernda Train Station is just a short drive away, with regular services to Melbourne CBD via the South Morang line.

Free parking is available at the property, with space for one vehicle in the garage and additional parking in the driveway. Ride-share services such as Uber and taxis are also readily available throughout the area.
