Stephen and his team has managed our Airbnb apartment for a period of 4 years. During this time to say we have been pleased with his management and care of the apartment would be an understatement as he has been and still is brilliant. Every time we return to the apartment, normally after lengthy periods of time, it is as if no one has been in it whereas in reality it has been almost totally occupied. Suffice it to say maintenance and cleaning are spot on.
Communication is a very important matter for us, we live interstate, and for prospective guests. Stephen’s near instant responses ensure lines of dialogue are always open. The glowing guest comments on the Airbnb website attest to this.
No request relating to the apartment is too much for Stephen and we have been very grateful for his prudent advice and actions over the years. There have been small jobs we have been unable to do because of the distance that Stephen has capably performed thus saving us the cost of a handyman.
