We’ll discuss your property, your needs and your goals and meet with you to view your property so you can show us around and explain your favourite features. Photos don’t always do a property justice so we find an in-person viewing by your dedicated property manager the best way to give you the most accurate and reliable advice.
We’ll use our long experience of setting up short-term rental holiday homes and apartments to achieve 5 star ratings. We put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the needs of guests to make sure they have great stays and leave great reviews for your property. We can start from scratch or build from what you have to match any budget.
Advertising and Promotion
We’ll take great quality photos highlighting your property at its best to appeal to prospective guests. Having had thousands of completed guest stays we know very well how the guest mind works and we write our listings to make sure they all the information they need to make informed choices when booking a property. 5 star ratings come from happy guests who received exactly what they were expecting right from the start.
Cleaning, Laundry and Preparation
Working to exceptional standards we will make sure your property is cleaned thoroughly at handover and following each guest stay. All bedding and laundry is turned around and presented nicely being mindful of best hygiene practices. Your property manager will inspect your property in person before almost every guest arrival to ensure our company standards are met.
Repairs and Maintenance
Keeping your property in the best possible condition is just as important to us as it is to you. Due to regular in-person inspections by your property manager and not just cleaners like with other agencies, we can keep ahead and on top of issues. We’re also happy to get our hands dirty to fix minor maintenance issues ourselves to save you expensive call out charges. All works will always be discussed with you in advance; communication and owner relationships are hallmarks of our service.
