The Space

Enjoy stunning outlooks across Berrys Bay to the Balmain Peninsula from the light-filled living area of this beautifully styled apartment. With its blend of comfort, style and convenience, it’s the perfect choice for both short stays and longer visits.

The open-plan lounge and dining space is bathed in natural light, opening onto a private balcony where you can relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the water views. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sectional sofa, a dining setting for four, and a dedicated desk area perfect for working remotely or focusing in style.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you’ll need to feel right at home, including a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine for your morning brew and all the essential amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure.

The bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with a premium mattress, along with a smart hidden detail, a TV that rises seamlessly from the end of the bed for the ultimate in relaxation.

The bathroom includes a shower over bath, ideal for both quick refreshes and leisurely soaks, while a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.

There is no allocated parking with this apartment, however there is limited on-street parking in the area. Street parking is restricted to two hours at a time before having to move your car between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We generally recommend guests do not come with cars. Some guests who have needed parking have been able to rent parking through short-term parking rental websites online.

Neighborhood

McMahons Point is a harbourside suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney and is located 3 kilometres north of the Sydney central business district.

McMahons Point sits on the peninsula flanked by Berrys Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east. The lower tip of the peninsula is known as Blues Point, which offers expansive views of Sydney Harbour.

Within 5 minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find boutique cafés, deli-style eateries and local shops along Blues Point Road and nearby Union Street, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or casual dinners.

For more shopping, dining, and supermarkets, the North Sydney CBD is just a pleasant walk away, including Greenwood Plaza and North Sydney Shopping World.

Other things to note

All of our apartments come with a welcome letter that includes key information to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for up to two guests, along with a small starter pack of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Bookings are based on one or two guests sharing the bedroom only. Please note the sofa is not available for use as a bed.

Before arrival, we’ll ask you to complete a short registration form with your contact details and a few notes about caring for the apartment during your stay.

As we continue to update and improve the property, some furniture or furnishings may differ slightly from what is shown in the photos, but the comfort and quality will always remain the same.

Getting Around

The North Sydney train station is an easy 10 minute walk, offering direct rapid access to the CBD and other key hubs.

The local ferry wharf is a short walk of your front door which takes you straight into the city at Circular Quay.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish bins when they leave.

Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review.

Please note, guests are to sleep in the bed only, using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.
