The apartment has use of a communal laundry in the building with washing and drying facilities available. Guests need to be aware the apartment is located on the second floor of the building and there is no lift however the stairs are easily manageable for most able-bodied guests.

At the southern end of the suburb, you’ll find the waterfront area around Anderson Park and Hayes Street Beach, which are great for a walk or some downtime after work.

Further north, Military Road is the main local hub, offering a wide range of cafés, takeaway options, restaurants, supermarkets, and essential services, all within easy reach.

For transport and commuting, Neutral Bay is very convenient:

Other things to note

All of our apartments come with a welcome letter that includes key information to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for up to four guests if the sofa bed is booked, along with a small starter pack of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Bookings are based on one or two guests sharing the bedroom, if the sofa bed is required please ensure the booking is made for 3 guests, so bedding will be left.

Before arrival, we’ll ask you to complete a short registration form with your contact details and a few notes about caring for the apartment during your stay.

As we continue to update and improve the property, some furniture or furnishings may differ slightly from what is shown in the photos, but the comfort and quality will always remain the same.

Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish bins when they leave. Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review. Please note, guests are to sleep in the bed only, using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.
