The space
A comfortable two bedroom fully furnished apartment just metres from the beach. Capable of sleeping four adults as standard with one king size bed in the main bedroom and a choice of two single beds or one king size bed (depending on requested configuration) in the second bedroom.
The apartment has been modernised to cater for everything a holiday visitor may need and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is fitted air conditioning in the living room which adds extra cooling on hot days if the beautiful sea breeze isn't enough as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Bookings over Christmas require a minimum 4 night stay and New Year's Eve requires a minimum 4 night stay, bookings made for less than this requirement will need to be cancelled.
We must advise any guests staying in 2024 that every Wednesday there is a schedule for remedial works in different parts of the building that can cause some significant noise. Unfortunately, this is managed by the building and beyond our control but will only happen during working hours. We apologise for any inconvenience but if you are here on holiday and plan to be out doing activities during the day it should not have a huge impact for your stay.
Guest access
The building is situated in a prime position one street back from the beach with an unobstructed view of the entire length of Manly beach. A few minutes walk from the ferry with a direct link to Sydney and in the heart of the lively town of Manly with convenient shops and restaurants for every taste.
Free parking is available with one allocated and guaranteed space and one more conditionally available space for a second car subject to there being a space vacant in the communal section of the car park (car park height limit 1.95m). Ordinarily a second space is available but on rare occasions the communal parking section becomes full and parking must be found outside the building.
A small outdoor swimming pool is available on the roof of the building along with communal BBQ facilities. There is also free, unlimited, fast WiFi in the apartment for your use.
Interaction with guests
As a professional holiday rental agency we are available to answer any questions or help with any problems that crop up. Unlike part time casual owner-managers we do this for a living professionally, it is our core focus, we hold professional licences to do this and we are ALWAYS just a message away if you need us. You won't be left high and dry with us!
Other things to note
The apartment is not suited to families with children under 5 but young, sensible children over that age should be fine. This is a no smoking apartment.
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
Prior to arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

Bookings made less than 2 days before the arrival date may not be able to be provided with your preferred bedding configuration. Please message us before booking to check if a certain configuration is particularly important to you.
