Incredible views out across Albert Park Lake await guests in this upmarket, spacious and bright, one bedroom executive-style apartment with allocated parking and office in South Melbourne. Located in one of Melbourne's prestige residential buildings, guests not only have great views from a private balcony but a large communal rooftop space with eating areas and more. You could stay just anywhere in Melbourne but this apartment will make your visit truly memorable.

The space

Managed professionally by Holiday Rentals Australia, this luxurious apartment with high-end furnishings features an open plan living space with a large kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dedicated dining area with seating for four and a comfortable lounge area with luxury sofa and large flatscreen tv.

Extending past this is the balcony which features wide-open views of the surrounding area to the east, south and west looking over Albert Park and Albert Park lake towards the beaches and the bay.

Also available for guests is a dedicated office space in the second room set up with a 24" HDMI input monitor, multiple HDMI adaptors (mini display port/display port/USB-C to HDMI) a Bluetooth and USB compatible keyboard and mouse as well as a colour inkjet printer. Everything you need to work from home should you need to.

The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large wardrobes for those needing extra storage during a longer stay. If you sit up in bed with your morning coffee you can see the beach and water of the bay in the not so far distance.

The apartment has a laundry with washing machine and dryer also. Communal facilities include a hot tub, a gym, a movie lounge and large rooftop spaces with eating areas.

This apartment comes with one allocated, in-building parking space that is free for guest use.

Access to the roof space with city view for New Year's Eve is by ticket only. If you wish to book the apartment for NYE and hope to use the roof to see the fireworks and be part of the catered party for the building please contact us for further details.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the apartment. No one else will be using the apartment.

Interaction with guests

As a professional holiday rental agency we are available to answer any questions or help with any problems that crop up. Unlike part-time casual owner-managers, we do this for a living professionally, it is our core focus, we hold professional licences to do this and we are ALWAYS just a message away if you need us. You won't be left high and dry with us!

Other things to note

As this is a luxury building with discerning residents the no party rule is strictly enforced and in the event any noise complaints are received as a result of guest actions the booking will be terminated immediately with guests expected to vacate there and then.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Melbourne for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included for 2 people (note one bath towel per person) as booked along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
